Seth Davis founded Ultra Architects in 2023 after working across architecture, design-build, and owner-side project delivery.
He created the practice to give clients direct access to an architect who can connect design with cost, construction, and the decisions that move a project forward.
His experience as an architect, design-builder, and owner’s representative allows him to evaluate projects from three useful perspectives.
